How to access e-Cert

An easy 5 step process will be required to obtain your e-Cert eXpress

  1. Contact your local chamber, who will give you all necessary information and give you a password for the application
  2. Log on to your Chamber web site from your PC and complete your application online, and allocate a CofO number from the original Certificate of Origin. 
  3. Submit your application form to your Chamber
  4. A member of the Chamber's export documentation team checks and approves and electronically stamps your application, which is returned to you for you to print out on the Certificate of Origin
  5. You access the document by typing in the CofO number from the original document, located at the top of the form

 

Like any EC Certificate of Origin, e-Cert and e-Cert eXpress should be available through any Chamber of Commerce that currently issues export documentation.
